NewPlace = true ever ---> Cannot evaluate a place twice

How to reproduce:

  • Evaluate a place that's never been evaluated before;
  • Try to evalutate it again;
  • The Server returns error 500.

After some investigation I found that NewPlace is set to true when it should be false.
For instance, I'm trying to evaluate Unisinos. The server returns: "newPlace":false," on this url:

http://api.avaliabrasil.org/survey/ChIJAaLTpe1oGZURR5_jxM_4r14

But the android app is sending the response incorrectly (newPlace:true, when it should be false). That makes the server crash!!!

@Klauswk, is this issue fixed?

Checked it on friday, couldn't reproduce, if it happen again let me know, yet the issue #53 haven't been solve, i will work on it today night.
