Solution name empty if output directory is '.'

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run ILSpyCmd with --outputdir .
  2. The solution name created will be .sln, thus hidden from linux ls.

Details

  • at least 8.0.0.56-preview1 is affected by this

Fixed with db990d0. Now it will use the output directory name as the solution name, no matter what.
