Feat: Adding Panjabi language support to the application

Describe the feature

I'd add the panjabi language support to the application. This would make the app's strings be displayed in the native panjabi language to the panjabi userbase if enabled by them. I'd also add the corresponding selectable button for this language in the choose languages option in settings.
