Setting to download mid-res pictures from Pixiv to save up some bandwith / mobile data quota.
NB : There's no actual link to do that; the URL has to be forged by adding _master1200 at the end of the filename.
e.g. https://i.pximg.net/img-master/img/2022/12/25/21/25/33/103020778_p0.jpg => https://i.pximg.net/img-master/img/2022/12/25/21/25/33/103020778_p0_master1200.jpg**
