Arrows to select number in GUI are buggy

In all browsers, the arrows are completely buggy, but in a different way.
Moreover, negative values in some boxes should be forbidden, whereas it is possible to input them.
Firefox: Arrows work but the node is not updated.
Chrome: Arrows do not work at all.
Safari: When clicking on an arrow, the value in the box seems to go crazy and change frenetically.
I am talking about the arrows in the highlighted box below:
