Make contributing.md more professional

because I'm so tired of nobody reading this document
is a personal value statement that ought not be included in an open community contributing guide, it's brash and in connection with the absurdly large font, leads contributors to believe this repository is overly aggressive and hard to contribute to.
Changing:
The pull request should have a useful title. Pull requests with Update readme.md as title will be closed right away because I'm so tired of nobody reading this document. Please carefully read everything in Adding to this list.

No worries. There are some maintenance behaviors in the main awesome repo that I'd prefer not duplicating here, unduly aggressive documentation being a big one.
