获取相册图片信息时
-requestImageDataForAsset:options:resultHandler:

resultHandler 里面的 info 中不在包含 文件路径[捂脸]
即不在包含Key PHImageFileURLKey

iOS13 新提供的API 也没有返回文件路径
requestImageDataAndOrientationForAsset:options:resultHandler:
