Description
Cognito launched a new Email optiong for MFA in Sept 2024, see https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2024/09/amazon-cognito-user-pools-email-authentication-option/#:~:text=Amazon%20Cognito%20has%20expanded%20multi,%2Dtime%20passwords%20(TOTP).
this is exposed via https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito-user-identity-pools/latest/APIReference/API_SetUserPoolMfaConfig.html
Currently this is missing in the EnabledMfas option https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-cognito-userpool.html#cfn-cognito-userpool-enabledmfas
