Adding Dynatrace FluentBit example

Hello team,

I am about to submit a PR to add an example for FluentBit integration with Dynatrace so wanted to create this issue to give you a heads up.

It's adding another folder called 'dynatrace' to the fluent-bit examples folder and contains a task definition example as well as the README.
