Thanks for this guys. I am wondering if there are templates or instructions to launch this using ELB, Autoscaling etc.

Sorry for the long lag. Would instructions for an example Auto-scaling group be a good start? I don't see how ELB would be in the mix, but maybe you could explain a bit more around your desires.
