Maintenance: add non-intrusive deployment metrics

As we've just opened the workshop for anyone with an AWS Account, it'd be great to measure how many deployments are happening for additional investments. It'd be specially useful during key events, where we'd like to distinguish what drives an increase in workshop deployment.
