S3 Access Denied for eu-central-1

Describe the bug
The stack returns a creation error when trying to download the helper.zip function (403 - Access Denied).
To Reproduce
From the AWS web page just press the button to create the stack, compile required fields and start it.
Expected behavior
I expect the stack to successfully create everything.

- Version: 4.0.3 (this happens with ALL versions I tried)
- Region: eu-central-1
- Was the solution modified from the version published on this repository? No
- If the answer to the previous question was yes, are the changes available on GitHub?
- Have you checked your service quotas for the services this solution uses? Yes

I am not able to reproduce this issue. I am seeing successful deployment in eu-central-1 region. Could you please share details about what Cloudformation parameters you have used? Have you followed the pre-requisite steps? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/solutions/latest/security-automations-for-aws-waf/prerequisites.html
