Listener results not uploading after execution

Describe the bug
I'm seeing inconsistent patterns of jmeter listener files being uploaded to s3 after execution. Most of my older tests used to do this and now no longer do. Just created another one today and it doesn't create the JMeter_Result folder. One I created about 2 months ago is still thankfully uploading the files. As I said, no rhyme or reason...
To Reproduce
Add a listener to script (e.g. summary report) with a file name.
Expected behavior
All files specified in listeners should go to JMeter_Result in s3
Please complete the following information about the solution:
- 3.2.2
- us-east-1
- No changes from repo
- Have you checked your service quotas for the services this solution uses?
- Were there any errors in the CloudWatch Logs? No
can you give me more detail on this case. I am trying to see if I can generate this on my end. Maybe share a screenshot of the version that is working and the one that is not alongside with your jmx file, with addresses redacted
