Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not related to any problem, but more of a challenge. I have to change the schedules manually during holidays and special non-working days for our non-production environments.

Describe the feature you'd like

I wish there was a holiday calendar that can be maintained, so EC2 & RDS instances will not start-up during holidays. I think it could be included in the Period-type, where it will be an exemption to the date/day/time ranges.
