Pre-packaged templates returning 403 when viewed (Reopened)

Describe the bug
When trying to access the pre-packaged templates as per the readme section, I'm presented with a 403 access denied request.
To Reproduce
Click on the links provided by the readme
Expected behavior
The links should load correctly and display the template

Related to already raised/closed #99 (comment) as latest release didn't fix it.

Installing pre-packaged solution template
- Deploy in the account you want to act as the hub: network-orchestration-hub.template
- Deploy in spoke accounts: network-orchestration-spoke.template
- Deploy in AWS Organizations management account: network-orchestration-organization-role.template
