Description
The VPC deployed by AGC should also deploy a VPC endpoint for EC2. It should also be added as a recommendation for custom VPCs (in the documentation).
Use Case
Allows Batch service to communicate with EC2 services without traversing the web.
Proposed Solution
Add in CDK as part of the VPC construction
