when opening up a saved jupyter lab instnace, it opens to a blank page.

Issue Description
I have a jupyter lab instance I stop and start regularly. when I tired to open this up today, is looked like it worked, but when I click the "open" button it opened up a tab inmy brouser that is/was blank. My application is [JM-ML-SM2](https://studio-d-r1azpbmbf5dw.studio.us-east-2.sagemaker.aws/jupyterlab/JM-ML-SM2]
Expected Behavior
open up jupyer lab where I can see folders and files
