Describe the feature
I'd like AWS to claim the ArtifactHub Helm Repo for aws-node-termination-handler.
This is a mirror of aws/karpenter-provider-aws#5306.
Is the feature request related to a problem?
An officially owned repo on Artifact hub is the gold standard.
