Support option of using pnpm in ProjenBlueprint() from '@amazon-codecatalyst/blueprint-util.projen-blueprint'

Hey! Thanks for the issue! We should totally do this. Although the base projen blueprint construct happens to just extend the projen typescript project construct.
It should probably belong there. Do you happen to know if its supported? Might be as easy as a projen upgrade
