CD: Add a job to test the released packages on all platforms and with all package managers

ATM We don't have an automated followup test after we deploy the packages to the package managers to verify that the new released version is OK, and instead we need to test it manually.

We have the process fully working for node.
For python we support for RC but not automated tests on the release.
