Missing wheel files for python 3.8 and 3.9 on macos.

https://pypi.org/project/glide-for-redis/#files only includes wheel files for linux versions 3.10 and greater, I had to upgrade my python version to 3.10 to successfully install glide-for-redis on my mac.
