Limit potential error creation per customer

Description

Currently there are ways (proxy issues, folder access denied) which can create thousands of errors per customer in our logs.

Solution idea(s)

We should have a mechanism to limit potential errors per customers per solutions per day if possible. Dedupe mechanism. Solution ID? Customer ID and time?
