I think you are having issues with how to set up a "open in Studio Lab" button?
your actual steps or problems are unclear to me. Please explain more.

I tested the "Open in Studio Lab" button with this link : https://studiolab.sagemaker.aws/import/github/aws/studio-lab-examples/blob/main/computer-vision/weather-data/weather-image-classification-pytorch.ipynb

and it worked fine.
