Link to the HRNN paper

I thought there used to be a link back to the arxiv paper for HRNN on the HRNN recipe page? This Arxiv link, if I remember right.

That was useful for introducing academic-background folks to the recipe, even if the actual implementation is a little improved over the original paper... Can we bring it back?
