ListTags on this page https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/list_awslambda.html goes to a broken link (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/API_ListTagsForResource.html). This should direct to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/API_ListTags.html
