tags v20240531 and v20240605 seem overloaded

When I run git checkout v20240605, I see that it ends up checking out v20240531 (or at least the same commit: 0fdc793)

This is expected, there are no changes in the AMI template between these two releases; only updated packages (the NVIDIA driver). This is mentioned in the release notes.
