the problem:
is not authorized to perform: rds:AddTagsToResource on resource: <ResourceArn>
Appeared on:
- dest-lambda Copy Snapshots Aurora
- source-lambda Backup Snapshots Aurora
I solved it now by adding the permission in the template under iamroleSnapshotsAurora and it worked fine afterwards
