Preprocessor v2 changes

The new Preprocessing functionality is changing or deprecating certain features such as !includeurl and !define. Once PlantUML releases a version where these deprecations are published, the AWSCommon.puml (and others) will be changed to the new format moving forward.
This will be a performed on both the master branch and releases made after that date.
Placeholder for discussion of changes and requirement for newer PlantUML version when running locally.
