Maybe committing the lock file?

Considering people would use duvet in CI and probably would also cache a build to speed things up, having a lock file could be beneficial for more effective caching.

We've recently published duvet to crates.io so that's probably your best bet for caching. In the future, we may consider distributing builds from GitHub, but that probably won't be for a bit.

Ah, nice. Then it'd be great if we could publish a new patch after fixing #70
