Hard-coded AWS Account ID in fleet_eks_agones_quickinstall.sh

In: Agones_EKS_FleetIQ_Integration_Package[BETA]/quick_install/fleet_eks_agones_quickinstall.sh

There is a hard-coded Account ID which is causing Step 13 to fail.

Fix is to replace with ${ACCOUNT_ID}
