While yesiscan might not be able to provide the copyright statements, the general format of the file supports indicating which files are under what license. This format can then be useful for indicating which files had a license identified and which files did not (the gap).

I agree with @jamin-aws-ospo

For files that doesn't have an iterator we should provide a summary, so the user can inspect manually the content after being flagged by the tool as excluded from the results.
With this info, we can also identify what backends or iterators we are missing.

I like this feature but I think for MVP part should be cover for the work we going to do related to #34
