Missing 2018 data

There are a couple of bits of 2018 data that are not here, unless it's pulling the wrong tables or something:
- National level transit indicator data (ntd_national), as noticeable in sparklines that stop at 2017, and the missing histogram flag when 2018 is selected in the year range.
- Regional-level census data, also noticeable as a missing histogram flag in MSA view, when 2018 is selected

Kind of a separate issue but Statewide Gas Prices doesn't have any 2017 or 2018 data, if that even exists somewhere.
