Header Nav_bar is not responsive for small screen.

As you can see the header nav_baar button is not working in small screen due to which all the nav_button is not visible.
I awnt to make this nav_bar button responsive so that when user click on this it will show a risht side sliding page in whi all nav_button will be visible for going to another section or page of this website.
