About the upper limitation

Hi,

I'm using the ddqcR to do the filtering, but I noticed that you don't set the upper limitation of nFeature and nCount. Based on the pipeline of Seurat, they give a suggestion to set the upper limitation of nFeature as 5000. If the nFeature in one cell is too high (such as over 5000), maybe it will be some doublets. Do you think ddqcR should link with some doublets filtering methods?
