Desktop to x360 issue

Hello there I will need you help when I change from desktop to x360 it does the one beep but in a few seconds it will make a second beep but it will be at x360 mode when I join in a game the controller is not responsive I have to restart the windows and when I am selecting it it will work but if I will change the modes for a couple times the x360 mode will show up but it won't respond at my games as I said I have to restart the windows and change it one time it will work if I will keep changing modes it will show up but it won't work. If someone knows the solution please help me I will truly appreciate it.
