Make a generic fan-shaped inflow.
Rewrite relevant code in init_tools.c
There should only be two parameters related to the inlet geometry: radius from center (black hole), or opening angle of the fan, and radius of the fan at that radius from the center.
If tan(half_opening_angle) == width of jet / (2 * radius from center)
