Motivation
Mark F suggested we add a banner or link to Arizona Bootstrap on the UA Bootstrap docs.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When navigating the documentation for UA Bootstrap itself, there is no obvious indication that a newer/replacement version exists. (Although many indications exist in other places, e.g. the https://digitial.arizona.edu index page).
Proposed Resolution
We should add some kind of indicator / banner / link to the UA Bootstrap docs that indicate it has been superseded by Arizona Bootstrap.
