Indication of which shortlist projects were selected and created by students

I like the fact that we're making the project short-lists available for all years. However, I think it would be helpful if we visually identified which projects were matched with students and then link those to relevant item in the project archive - this would serve two purposes: 1) we've had ongoing interest in the list of projects that were not matched with a student as it represents a list of potential projects for teachers of GIS and students that did not win a fellowship; 2) it's clearer that a subset of projects is selected and turned into subsequent work; 3) it's another path to the Projects Archive.
