The guild territory disappears after restarting the server

Does not work after restarting the server, it teleports the character to the territory of the GM but not to the guild zone and the NPC disappears, which puts merchants for the currency of the NPC

Does this bug still exist? Because I was doing some tests, and it didn't appear to me that this was happening, can you test and tell me if this is still happening?
