Depends what level of security you're looking for.

Is jprq server secure?

Jprq is not for serving production servers but for quick debugging servers.
There's no TLS ecryption between the jprq tcp server and the jprq cli to proxy data.

Is jprq command-line secure?

Builds are made from the same code attached to the release.
You can always build yourself with Go 1.19 compiler
