`RedisLockingStrategy` is not shown in BE->System->Configuration->$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']

Even when configured correctly (and also working tested by MONITOR command in redis-cli) the RedisLockingStrategy is not shown in the TYPO3 backend at /typo3/module/system/config when looking at $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS'] (Global Configuration):
