Watch mode crashes on syntax error

While running Karma in watch mode, if I introduce a syntax error in files processed by this plugin, the plugin throws as error and Karma watch mode crashes.
It would be better for the developer experience if Karma kept running, allowing me to quickly fix the error and keep on working. This would be good for TDD etc.
