Is this all broken now with the release of Day One 2?

AS dropbox (and iCloud) are no longer sync options for Day One on IOS then I guess this doesn't work any more unless you just use day One on OSX?

There could be a way but it will involve modifying the last step of the script.

If the last step copied the .dayone file to the following OSX path instead of a dropbox path it should work properly and the new entries will get synced to boil devices:

/Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Group Containers/5U8NS4GX82.dayoneapp2/Data/Auto Import/Default Journal.dayone
