Update lando file to reflect latest version

Lando includes bee by default and disables backdrush by default.
Should disable default bee (Note - you will need to run lando destroy -y && lando start for this to take effect; lando rebuild -y is not enough)
Should remove the config for backdrush as the default behaviour works for us
Also, should disable keys to avoid getting the warning if lots of keys are present in the system.
