Help command should stop using tables for output as it doesn't handle longer descriptions/explanations well

Help text for commands, arguments or options are currently output as tables. This works ok for short descriptions but less so for long descriptions and can result in some odd line splits.

Like, we have done for examples, we should output over lines, using colour, as now, to distinguish.
