🐛 ADR: Frontend package does not include entity content extension

When using the ADR plugin with new frontend system, the entity page tab is missing. This is because the alpha plugin index does not configure it as an extension.

👍 Expected behavior

When the plugin is added via new frontend system, all the parts of the plugin should be included.

👎 Actual Behavior with Screenshots

Only the search result list item is included - the entity page tab is missing.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Add the ADR frontend to a Backstage app running new frontend system - packages/app-next in the main Backstage repo is an easy one to check.
2. Observe that the entity page tab is missing.
