The 'OpcFeedbackComponent` does not respect the Backstage theme and the rendered button is very ugly, especially on the dark theme
👍 Expected behavior
The feedback button should follow the Backstage theme for fonts and color schemes
👎 Actual Behavior with Screenshots

- Install feedback plugin
- Change to dark theme
