add live flatpak version badge from flathub

Hey, I noticed https://skrooge.org/ has a nifty live Snap version badge, but lacks one for its flatpak on flathub.
I think the badgen snapcraft code that responds to https://badgen.net/snapcraft/v/skrooge and I think the equivalent for flathub is to make an API query to https://flathub.org/api/v1/apps/org.kde.skrooge , though I can't find any documentation for this API.
