Custom Logo Only Works For Default Styling

If I'm using a custom logo, it doesn't display if I use the flat-square or plastic style. Some examples:

Fixed in flat-square via #677. Still a problem in plastic.

Fixed plastic style badges via #1161
Closing as all badges now support logo's.
