Tutorial: Setting up the Badging Bot in Your Development Environment for Code Contributions

The bot script was created to help in the setup of the badging bot but it is currently only available for Linux OS, however, work is ongoing to make it available for all types of OS. Until this is completed, there is a need to document a tutorial for setting up the badging bot on local development environment in order to make a code contribution.
